| Hi Blizzard team, Here is my new thread. Everytime when i am trying to talk with Tyrael in act 5 the game is dropping me. I have no conflicts in drivers. What can i do to play normally? And again I am sorry for my bad English. | ||

| Hello pistra, Yes, please post the MSInfo here, but use a webpage like pastebin.com and post the link here. But i could see already, that the driver of your graphics card is almost 6 years old. That is way too old for a graphics driver and might be the reason for this issue. Please make sure that you update all the drivers of your hardware on the webpages of the different manufacturers, don't use the windows update for it. And please re-run the pathping and traceroute, because you used the IP from pastebin by mistake. Please use the IPs given in the article.
