| We are currently playing off season on the new patch, trying to find the new pets. So we start a new game again and again. Last time I checked I had 700+ shards, suddenly I noticed I just have 10. My friend has 17, he also didn't spend any. | ||

| Hello TheDude1972, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
