Hi

Could not post in thread beneath, so made a new thread in Diablo forums instead to share info.

Hello IPPS,

It looks like your issue is different, if you are able to play and install from a different computer in your house which is using the same ISP. Would you please open a new thread for you, since this here is a different issue, and post the following in it, a dxdiag and MSInfo, pathping and a traceroute from the effected Computer?

Hello Brother,

And thank you for your post. It seem like an ISP issue but that is up to the Technicians to decide. Like i previously mentioned, if it is an ISP issue, there is only little we can do, but be assured that we do everything we possibly can.
