| Hi Blizzard Team, Since yesterday I've been experiencing severe performance issues with D3 (huge delay 280-1110 ms when the usual is 58), random disconnects with error 3007, followed by 3006 and then AppHang B1 error when I try to exit the game. A buddy of mine whom I play the game with, experiences the same issues (same ISP) and another one of my buddies (different ISP) experiences similar issues as well. When this happens the eu.battle.net site is also inaccessible. The other sites are working normally (e.g. us.battle.net) I have already power-cycled all my network devices (router) and even updated its firmware. | Hello again, Both Error IDs 1001 and 1002 maybe caused by your antivirus. You could try to disable it temporarily to see if that does any improvement. Could you also please post a dxdiag and MSInfo here, so that i can have a look? If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then. | Hello DToX, Thank you for coming back. The driver for your network adapter is almost 5 years old. You should definitely update all of your drivers of your hardware (sound and network in this case) and update them on the pages of the different manufacturers. This could be the solution to your problem. @ pistra Please don't post your issue which is different from DToX's in this thread and create your own to avoid confusion.
