| Hi john, Thank you for coming back. Just to let you know, writing in all caps is seen as screaming and i can hear you loud and clear even when you are not screaming. So you are having latency and connection issue. Could you please post a dxdiag and MSInfo, traceroute and a pathping here? If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then.
