| Please unlock it maybe? Because I've done in countless times in non-season before all this "season" stuff even started, killed Malthael and did everything (just check my achievements). Summary of what happened: I had Story mode completed and Adv. mode open in normal softcore non-season and in hardcore non-season. Last season you introduced a feature to convert old chars to season chars so we can keep playing on them, just for the fresh start without delete/create procedure. Naturally, I used this feature on my non-season softcore chars. They all became seasonal chars and now when season ended and they were moved to non-season again I have everything disabled in story mode - have to start at Quest 1. Even though I've done it all YEARS ago. I suspect it happened because of the character conversions, but why should I bother really? I had everything done in story mode in non-season and I mostly want to play Adv. mode now. It's a clear bug. Please do something about it. | ||

| Hello Galloper, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
