| So i bought D3 at launch. i had a horrible experience since i got hacked a bunch of times. So this was back in 2012, and on another account. now i'we tried to get that account back since i wanted to try D3 again. but the email adress were the account is registred just do not exist any more. i atleast have diablo3 on it, might also have a Wow account on it, i dont know. but i would like to have it back. | ||

| You can contact customer support from this account you are using for the forums, doesn't matter if it is not the same account. Cant login battle net and lose all my char diablo how can that? On the Battle.net app, make sure you're selecting the region Europe on the drop-down menu on top of the Play button. I see your characters are in Europe, but you've recently logged in America. That's why you can't see your characters. On the other hand, your issue has nothing to do with the initial case explained in this thread.
