| So i have been trying for well over an hour now to create a support ticket (First tried live chat but keep getting error) then went on to ticket and then to call back. But every time i fill in all the required information, and press submit, it just throws me back to the game selection screen and i check active tickets and there isn't one. Now i have tried every damn web browser and it still won't let me. I even tried on my phone and it won't let me submit a ticket. How come? How is one suppose to get help if one can't even submit a support ticket>.< | ||

| Hello Xerpt, Have you tried deleting cache and cookies in your browser? Sometimes this helps with this kind of issue. I would recommend trying again now, since it can be that the extended maintenance was affecting the website as well. | Hello all, Do you receive any error message or it just takes you back to the main support page? Let's try some things to see if the issue persists. As mentioned before, the first step is deleting your browser's cache and cookies, if you haven't done so before. Try resetting your Battle.net password. This refreshes the account internally, and sometimes it can solve this kind of issue. id try resetting the pw if i dont have to change it to another one afterwards just because ive tried this step Please, try it. | Could you please try deleting the cache and cookies of the browser again, now that you've resetted your password?
