| Hello Tamftw, Make sure both your operative system and drivers are fully up to date: battle.net/support/article/200576 If you're using Windows XP, please check this article and follow the instructions at the end of it: battle.net/support/article/7408 If you're using a laptop, check the energy options and make sure they're set to High performance. @Knol What are you having issues with, exactly? You mention problems downloading a game, which would be a completely different issue from the one that Tamftw is suffering. We would need more information to help you.
