| Hello Stark, First of all, make sure both your operative system and drivers are fully up to date: battle.net/support/article/200576 If you're using Windows XP, take a look at this article and follow the instructions there: battle.net/support/article/7408 If you're using a laptop, check your energy settings and make sure they're set to High Performance. I would also recommend checking the settings of your antivirus program and adding an exception for any Battle.net or Blizzard folders.
