| Yesterday I contacted support to say that I can't login. Support guy thought only I have the problem and not everyone. I gave him link to the forums so he can see that it is not only problem with my account. I told him that my friends can't login also. But it was too late he already locked and unlocked my account and told me to test if I can login after that. I could not login. Later on when I logged in I saw that I am not on LB anymore. I received email saying this: The registered E-mail address associated to the Battle.net account,---------------, has been compromised. To protect your privacy and security we have temporarily disabled the Diablo III licence associated with this Battle.net Account. Locking my account removed me from LB but only from EU one, I am still on Clan LB. I contacted support again and they told me they can't modify LB. As I explained, your character should reappear on the Leaderboards in a short time. Give it at least until tomorrow night's maintenance, and in the meantime, try to push your old record. Even if you don't surpass it, anything that changes your standing as regards to the region-wide leaderboards will help update this faster. This is not good solution for me. Why locking account would remove me from LB? If someone hacked my account he would not push GR for me for sure! It is just not logical. Because of all this ban waves people think I was cheating. | Hello Pe3eWe3e, I'm sorry about what happened, but this is not something we can investigate on the technical support forums. I'm happy that you finally got in contact with customer support and got some closure on the issue; I really understand the chase after records, and I hope you get into the leaderboard again. :) Also, I would like to remind all of you that the forum is not the place for personal arguments or accusations. Please, let's keep it civil and respect the Code of Conduct.
