As there have been no more reports of this I assume this is resolved. If you're having this error on the PTR, please note that we don't offer support for test realms. Betas and PTRs are there to try new versions of the game, and sometimes they can experience bugs and errors. Our developers are always monitoring the performance in these servers, but I'm afraid that's something we cannot provide help with on the technical support forums.
