| Thanks for getting back and giving the new error code you are getting. I have taken a look here and this is related to the graphics driver again. There have some issues with the Desolate Sands zone and this has caused some players to have the game crash there, and this looks to be the same issue. | Thanks for the reply! Taking a look here I can see that the drivers for the graphics card here are from 2014 and would need to be updated. As these are for an Intel card you can update them here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ From the crash though it looks like you have an ATI card you are using rather than the onboard Intel graphics. As this is likely the case there is an issue with their drivers and Act 2 (Desolate Sands).
