I know this is not a new issue, but I have researched it extensively and not found a single fix that has worked. I can log into the game just fine. The game plays fine for about 10-15 seconds. Then I start to get extreme lag and delayed responses, until finally nothing responds followed by the "Network Disconnect" error box. This is only effecting Diablo 3. I have tried everything here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/611 ISP address: 76.113.69.57 ISP: Comcast Xfinity Connection type: hard wired to the router via cat-6 ether net cable. MTR test: MTR: I am at my wits end. I can't play for more than 10-15 seconds, and any progress I do manage to make, is erased and I end up back in town. And for the love of jawas, please don't ask if my drivers are updated, or if my anti-virus is on... I'm hoping that the fact that I was able to run these tests prove that I know enough to check those first... |

Hello Ramath, I can't see anything out of the ordinary on the traceroute or the pathping. Have you created them right after a disconnection? Otherwise they won't show where the problem is. Could you please run another traceroute and pathping just when you suffer a disconnection so we can see if there's any pattern there? Please, take a look at this article as well and make sure you've followed all the steps, including the advanced. This is just so we can discard the most common reasons for disconnections: battle.net/support/article/611 @ildian, please follow the steps on the article I've linked up before.
