Dear .sir's - Date/time it started: first time I faced this issue was 4/4/2016 up till this date still. - City/Country: Cairo / Egypt and I play on Europe servers - Internet Provider: company name TE-DATA ( A Local Egyptian ISP ) - Windows 10 Enterprise Details of issue: Since the past 10 days I am having a massive latency issue the game is totally unplayable. I cannot figure out what's the problem I have contacted my ISP and they responded that they only blocked the VOIP but nothing about online gaming ports. im allways disconected(BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME)when i try to use waypoint to desolate sands.and also every time i play rift map tileset ''paths of the drowned''.what is going on??it is for weeks now This seems to be a complete different issue to what Necrowar666 is reporting. If you have an AMD/ATI card, please make sure you update your drivers to the latest version. Some versions of the drivers cause that problems in that specific area, but the latest Crimson Edition seem to solve the issue from what I've seen in other cases. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Even if Windows is fully update, make sure you update your graphic card drivers as well. It's better to do it from the card manufacturer's page, not from Windows.
