| Hello, I have a problem entering Desolate sands map in Diablo 3. I know this problem has occurred to a lot of you and I looked online to see how to deal with the problem, but nothing works. I just get frozen screen, I hear NPC's talking and my character moving, casting skills, but screen is frozen or just black. I tried lowering graphics, changed game to windowed, but nothing works. All my drivers are up to date. How to fix this problem? I can't even contact support, because they have some kind of error and it has been for few days already. What's wrong with you? | ||

| Hey Jynxx, assuming you are using an AMD graphics card, basically you'll need to try the latest beta drivers as they seem to solve this. You can find them here. I would recommend uninstalling your current drivers first to make sure it's a clean installation.
