| Hello, I have been playing Diablo 3 since the release and I never had any technical issues so far (except of the infamous error 37 at the beginning). Today morning my battlenet updated to a new version and ever since I can not even start the launcher, nor the Diablo III.exe executable. It crashes few seconds after starting the launcher with a an extremely descriptive and detailed message reading: "The application encountered an unexpected error". I have also tried removing the <C:\Users\USERACOUNT\Documents\Diablo III\D3Prefs.txt> file for a while, however it did not make any change, I am running windows 7 - 64bit version.
