I'm pretty sure you're referring to this bug here: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11883998315 Monk: Interacting with a Healing Well, dropping or equipping items, or performing other similar actions can cause players to lose health equal to the health bonus provided by Earth Ally. This is being worked on. If I'm misunderstanding, feel free to go into more detail but bear in mind that bug reports should be submitted on the US forums as Shammoz pointed out above.
