| I can't be 100% sure that it's not an issue with the game, it's hard to be 100% sure of anything when it comes to electronics and computers. But right now we have no knowledge of an issue that causes freezes like that. On the other hand, we need to discard the most common reasons anyway before escalating, should it be needed (but most of the similar cases I've found had other causes).
