Morbid #1425 | Battle.net desktop client and Diablo 3 crashes(1) | Category: Technical SupportFebruary-12-2016 5:45 PM PST (9 years ago) |
Every time that I launch the battle.net client, it comes up. However, when I enter my login information, it shows that I'm online for a second and crashes right after. The program isn't even running in the processes of the windows task manager. For the game Diablo 3. I was able to log into battle.net that way by double-clicking the desktop shortcut, but when I clicked play, the game crashes after launching, before the loading screen even comes up. This is the error code that I receive: 80C8A049-CDD1-46F6-A0E3-C01219F431E7 |

Hello, Can you try uninstalling your ATI drivers, then reinstall the latest from the AMD website: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx Then test again? If that doesn't help, can you reply back with the next error code you get, and a Dxdiag report: battle.net/support/article/request-for-system-files-dxdiag-msinfo-and-error-reports ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor |
