Every time I try to create a ticket for Diablo III , I get returned to support site with error message " Unable to create a ticket , please try again" , sadly I have tried a dozen times already, so I really hope this one will light some bulbs somewhere , because the new support site is currently useless. Anyway , back to my problem: While playing Diablo III , in certain areas ( such as Desolate Sands , also those are fixed areas , they don't change each time I relog ) , I experience a connection issue. Namely , screen freezes , but I can move around map ( mouse input works) , and I receive audio for actions I do ( Such as signature spell audio effects , as well as effects if spells interacts with enviroment or NPCs). During this time , screen is frozen either on loading screen , or is black. I ask that you fix this issue as soon as possible , since it interferes with my gameplay ( Can't access set dungeons in certain areas, or finish Caldeum bounties without external assistance). |

Hey there Dinogaf. Could you try submitting your ticket in a different Internet browser? Be sure to clear the browser's cache/cookies and temporarily disable any add-ons/extensions. As for your issue, I'm assuming your an AMD Radeon user? If so, try updating your graphics drivers like this. ------------------------------------------------------------- Please click here to give me your feedback on this post! |

related to connection to battle.net server itself I don't think so Dinogaf, everything seems to be working fine here. However, as you may know we have recently updated our customer service site so we are interested in following up with players having issues. Could you do this, restart your computer and then temporarily disable any firewall/anti-virus/security software you have running in the background. Try again, remembering to clear cache/cookies and disable any extensions/add-ons you have. Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------- Please click here to give me your feedback on this post! |

Try installing this version of the drivers. It has solved the issue for a lot of players. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |
