| Hy, I have a problem with running game (diablo3) – my status after log-on in „Battle.net Launcher“ is offline. ( i dont see online friends) After starting the game (i am still offline) i enter credentials and game does not start. The game is stopped on „step“ - retriving heroes list (connecting BattleNet and Authentication is ok) On another computer at home game also does not run. (I tried reinstal, restart router, closing background applications, IP Release, Renew, and Flush DNS) I play the game since release without any problems until now. Please help me Thank you | ||

| Do you have any security or antivirus programs running? Or a hardware firewall on your router? If so try temporarily disabling theses.
