Getting this warning error everytime I try to launch the game: "There was a problem loading the game license. Please try again. (Code 395000).

Tried pretty much everything now (re-install,antivirus,firewall, deleting game folders,etc), chat support is not working. Also, if I change my region from Europe to anything else the warning just doesnt pop up and game works normally. All other Blizzard games are also working normally.

Googling found this: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11461156054 and also did all the steps there. Didnt work.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks for trying those troubleshooting suggestions, sorry they didn't work for you. Just to confirm; this is happening on EU servers?

I'm not exactly sure why this is happening, but I've got a feeling it's because of the recent digital upgrade you made. These can take up to 72 hours to process but everything at least seems fine with the transaction from this end.

Could you exit and logout of everything Diablo III and Battle.net, restart your computer and try again for me? If that doesn't work, wait until the 72 hour period is up (Sunday evening) and if it's still happening, contact our Account Support team directly using this link:

They can take a closer look and offer further advice.
