| Have you followed all the steps, including the advanced? If that's the case, please try disabling your proxy settings: battle.net/support/article/7300083 - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key + R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. - Make sure you update your network card drivers: battle.net/support/article/200576 If you run a new traceroute, do you still see values like this in the first hop? 1 16 ms 2 ms 2 ms dsldevice.lan [192.168.1.1] Usually this hop stays at <1ms or 1ms, so 16 is very high.
