| Hi, I experienced this bug twice, but first I didn't care much with it. But after the second time during a week I decided to leave a post, because it can be very annoying and it is not normal. Me and my friend were doing "Vault"s and "Not a cow level"s using Puzzle Rings and Bovine Bardiches in Kanai's cube. After we cleared both I wanted to switch to another character so I left the game and go back to the main menu as usually, but everything was grey and inactive and there was no Change Hero button either. Screenshoot #1: http://i.imgur.com/4PIQhaC.jpg When I realized I can't click any buttons, I wanted to leave the party but when I did I got an error message that said " Cannot leave party, because some action is still in progress!' so I promoted my friend to the party leader and I tried to leave the party again. After another unsuccessful attempt my friend dismissed the party but for me everyhing was still grey and inactive in the main menu. Screenshoot #2: http://i.imgur.com/ut07glz.jpg The only way I could manage to restore the game back to its working state was to Exit and Restart a new client. This solved the issue but I lost a lot of my dropped items because of a simple Hero switching... Don't know but maybe they latest hotfix which fixes the delayed apperance of the Bnet loader window causing this new bug. (I am just guessing.) Please look after this and fix it/patch it.
