Try this:
1. Open the Battle.net Launcher.
2. Select Diablo III from the left side of the launcher's screen.
3. Click on the "Options" drop down menu and select "Game settings".
4. Look for the "text & Spoken Language" drop down menu located in the Diablo III section.
5. Select the language you'd like to use.
This should start a download which will download the new language pack. Once that is downloaded, go in-game and see if that language has been applied.
Let me know what happens.

Can US D3 client support Chinese simplified language in installing section, like WOW and HOTS have Chinese txt and audio in US client?

| Mike, That's probably something that was included in the Chinese client only. As far as it being included in the clients for other regions, I haven't heard anything in regards to that.
