It's because it's still tradable with the people in your group when it dropped. As soon as trading expires, you can then stack it with the others.
Edit: oh and btw, I think this qualifies as 'first world problem' :D

I had a stack of four identified Ramaladni's gifts. I found a fifth, identified it, and it will not stack with the group of four in my inventory.

I had a stack of four identified Ramaladni's gifts. I found a fifth, identified it, and it will not stack with the group of four in my inventory. It's because it's still tradable with the people in your group when it dropped. As soon as trading expires, you can then stack it with the others. Cronos is correct here. New Ramaladni's Gifts you find which are still within the two hour trading window stack separately from those which are no longer tradeable. Once the timer goes away on the former, you'll be able to lump them together with the latter. Edit: oh and btw, I think this qualifies as 'first world problem' :D Probably.
