| Catfishjon, Make sure that you are running on the most recent version of Flash. Here's a link where that can be downloaded: Flash Player Update ***Uncheck the McAfee Security Scan option*** If flash is up to date and the issue persists, let's log out of the Battle.net Desktop App and try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps. | YDFWM, Chrome and Internet Explorer both have Flash Built in to the browser, try downloading the Firefox version since that its own individual install. Here's how: 1. Click on this link. 2. Select the Operating System from the "Step 1" drop down menu. 3. Select FP 18 for Firefox from the "Step 2" drop down menu. 4.
