| Hello starting a few days ago my PC crashes/reboots in the middle of playing Diablo 3. The PC doesn't do this in any other game (WoW, Dark Souls 2, League of legends). I've updated my drivers, system isn't overheating, power's good. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone knows how to fix it. Been playing D3 for years and I've not had any issues, but in the last few days it seems to be crashing. It seems to only crash at high resolutions. Generally I play at 4k res but it still continues to crash at 1080p. Sometimes BSoD's and sometimes just reboots. Not using Panda as previous forum user stated was his problem. CPU specs: Intel i7-5820k processor GeForce GTX 970 graphics card 16gb of memory windows 8.1 pro | ||

| Ryan, Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. Let's also download BlueScreenView. BlueScreenView is a free program that scans all of the minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. Here's a link where that download can be found: C-Net - BlueScreenView Once you have that downloaded and installed, open it and locate the most recent crash. | Ryan, Let's try a different video driver to see if that helps. | Ryan, Let's download FurMark GPU Stress Test. This is a tool that is specifically designed to stress the video card to its max capacity to see if there may be a problem with the video card itself. Here's the link where you can download FurMark. Once downloaded you will want to run FurMark and then click on the "BURN-IN Test" button. Be sure to read the caution pop-up. Let the test run for about 5 minutes or until you notice any odd video issues. | Ryan, Let's get some more information about your system's hardware. 1. Download and install the newest version of CPU-Z. 2. Once installed, run CPU-Z 3. Click on the "About" tab 4. Click on "Save report (.TXT)" and save the report to the desktop. 5. It looks like your RAM is being overclocked, which can cause some system instability. I recommend testing out one of the JEDEC timing profiles to see if that helps minimize the crashes.
