NaderShah #1308 | Mac Shadow(?) problem(1) | Category: Technical SupportMay-11-2015 1:19 PM PDT (10 years ago) |
Apologies if this is a common issue, but I have no idea how to describe this since it is unlike anything I have ever seen and therefore no idea how to search for a similar problem. I am experiencing some really really weird "shadows" or some sort of display error where certain parts of the display show a faint copy of another part of the screen. it is very distracting. anyone know what I can do to fix this? I am using a year old macbook air and I've tried adjusting all the display settings, nothing seems to work Here is a screenshot of what it looks like http://imgur.com/vSMSGOJ I also get a similar phantom image of my character and or follower in the lower right corner quite often |

NaderShah, this may be a shaders issue. Can you tell us a bit more about your Mac?

This is the "reflection" bug I mentioned recently Glaxigrav. I believe you said that this is likely the same as the water reflection bug and would be fixed when that is fixed. This does indeed seem to be the same bug. Apologies for the confusion! Our dev teams are aware and currently working on a fix for this one. ______________________________ Technical Support: Monday-Friday, 12pm - 9pm Pacific Time How am I doing? || Support Agent Feedback || |
