| Hi All, I hope you all can't help me. I have 1 year moved from Europe to New Zealand, and then to Australia where I am now. I have been playing in Europe fine, without any lag issues or other technical issued. When I moved to New Zealand there were no connection issues or other technical issues, even do I played on European servers with my friends, I would have expected lag do to the distance, but everything was working fine. Now I have arrived in here Australia, and tried to play season 5, but every game I play, Lag, lag spikes(between 2 seconds and 1 min and then returning to the game), Disconnections. I have updated all my pc drivers, and still doesn't work. Laptop settings: Geforce 840M @ 3GB windows 8,1 - 8Gb Ram I7-4510U @ 2GHz I have done a Pathping test, and as I can see nr. 7 have 1% loss. Can you please let me know what the solution or what solutions I have to try in order to get it fixed, and playable ? Much thanks and appriciation to whom can help me. | Hey Monkey, I understood your post but what you were seeing in New Zealand was the exception, not the rule. There will always be latency issues when connecting over such a great distance, even within Australia you could find that another ISP or even if you were to simply move that your latency would improve, it's down to the routing of your connection to our servers. | While it is possible that the issue could be affecting you, Tiogaradh is still right when he says that the norm is having latency when you're so far away from the servers. Apart from that 1% packet loss, the latency is pretty high on those last steps. You can wait and see if your latency stops when the issue gets solved, but we cannot assure you that the game is going to work without latency when you live so far away, I'm afraid. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
