Hey there :)

My own PC broke down, so installed Diablo on the other PC in the house, but I keep having issues to try and actually play the game. I've disabled the firewall and antivirus, and I keep having the same problems. Any idea what I'm overlooking? And, more importantly, how to fix it?

- On battle.net launcher, I sometimes can, and sometimes cannot seem to log in. I'm currently logged in, but I have seen errormessages 13000, 3005 and 3007.
- When trying to actually play D3, I sometimes cannot connect to the servers, and never got past the authenticating credentials (on EU). For some weird reason though, I have been able to get into the American servers twice now- once by accident, and once purposefully. That too seems to be hit or miss though, that doesn't work either most of the time.

I have reinstalled the game, and upon reinstalling the battle.net launher, the connection problems started even before I installed D3. I am logged in now, D3 is still installing, but zhen I now try to play it's stuck on 'connecting to servers' again.

Some extra info: I can get into battlenet via a browser, this never fails logging in. Tracert to 213.155.155.233 runs up until adm-b2-link.telia.net; after which it keeps failing (though I believe this is normal behavior).

Any ideas on how I fix this? Kinda curious to the new patch, and it'll take a while before I get my own PC back. Windows 7, should it matter. Thanks in advance!

Can you run through our Connection Troubleshooting and see if that helps?

If you're now also having issues starting up the Desktop App, these troubleshooting steps may apply as well though they're fairly similar.

Yea, this is fine and intended behaviour :). I suspect the issue is more localised, connection or file/folder permissions basically.

It could still be that they've locked specific ports and access options down alright. If they're open to it, I'd recommend sending them these firewall details and ask them to verify if that is all properly set up for you.

Best of luck :)
