*Not a rant* I'm having a really hard time trying to play Diablo 3 (in Europe). I've come back from a long break early last week but my experience has been horrible and plagued with 3006 and 3007 errors, "servers are busy", queue lines, huge lag spikes in-game and a pletora of battle.net disconnection as well as an unreliable experience with Battle.net website that often is very slow to refresh or connect to. I'm only playing hardcore so that's also something that doesn't help with my patience as I feel Damocles swords are always part of my game "sessions". Last time I played Diablo 3 (at the RoS release) the servers were stable and reliable, I had almost no connectivity issues and enjoyed the solid connectivity. I now find myself hardly being able to play at all, I often can't even get past the authenticate screen and when I do I regularly get kicked out with a 3006 or 3007 error. Should I be able to play, playing for a few hours straight and without lag spikes (I'm talking 30 seconds long lag spikes) has become very rare for me. Asking about it in chat has had responses from both sides with people reporting no issues and others having the same issues as I. When the game works, it works fine though, with ~30ms. The connectivity issues I'm facing are so severe, impactful and regular that I thought it could be on my end, but I haven't changed a thing since last time I played, my fibre connection is still rock solid and absolutely everything else I use, connect to or play, works perfectly fine with no lag nor any connectivity issues of any sort. I'm even sometimes on Skype calls when battle.net looses connection. Has battle.net servers been hectic lately or did the overall service quality of Blizzard in that department simply been lowered in the past few months? Thank you for any help. |

Hello Vivoune, We have no knowledge of general issues on our servers that cause that kind of connection issue. Diablo III servers are still the same they were months ago, meaning we haven't lowered the quality of the infrastructure. Our technicians monitor the server constantly should any issue arise. Please, follow the steps of this article, including the advanced steps: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection or in a moment you're having high latency and paste the results on this thread. You have instructions here: - Tracer: battle.net/support/article/7648 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 That way we should be able to see if there's something out of the ordinary on the connection, whether it's in our side or not. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Have you tried resetting your connection? - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. If after doing this you keep seeing that packet loss, I would recommend contacting your internet provider and showing them the pathping so they can make sure everything it's fine on their side. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
