| Hi, I am experiencing a strange lag without fps-drops or latency issues. the monsters and the members of my party freezes but I am still able to move but without casting spells. sometimes the lag lasts for about 10-20 sec. when I am trying to press "exit diablo 3" nothing happens. to be able to close the game I have to go into the taskmanager and close diablo there. experiencing the same kind of lag when playing world of warcraft. any solution? | ||

| We're not aware of any issues with the Diablo III servers right now. We have been receiving reports from some Russian players and we're looking into those right now but everyone else in Europe seems to be playing normally. If you're experiencing latency or disconnections, please try the troubleshooting steps here. If the issues persists, please post the following information:

I trust there is no issue with me redacting my ip from the log ;) Yes, we definitely recommend that. I hope it's not considered normal for there to often be 100% loss rate at the 2nd hop from blizz servers ;) Yes, that's normal. It's a blocked node. This isn't normal though: 8. 0x5550b5ab.adsl.cybercity.dk 10.0% 10 21.1 20.7 20.3 21.1 0.3 You have some packet loss very early in the connection, which could be causing the additional loss with Telenor further down the line. However, it doesn't seem to be causing high ms so could we get a Trace Route and Pathping so we can see the chain from you to us and verify this?
