Hi, I want to know how to get my money back. I have tried using old drivers, the most updated drivers, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, put the 2 dll files into the exe folder blah blah blah. I am not going to replace my 6770 card (yes it is old, but works all the way upto this point of the game) and I don't have any issues with any other games or apps. They don't state anything about issues when you are purchasing the game, and don't see why I should keep messing with driver changes/and adding removing files etc, to fix a game that obviously has a number of issues. After the amount of time this seems to be going on (now that I have had to read about it) Driver issue or not, there app doesn't run fully and should have been addressed by Blizzard. Seems they don't want people to recommend there product, because I will not be doing that. Some one tell me how to get my money back, and they can block my account etc etc so I can't use this app, that, funny, doesn't work Cheers SB |

Hello Pallaton, I'm afraid we cannot offer a reimburse for the game, since you're out of the time window for it. What happens on Act II is not necessarily an issue with the game itself, we reported it to the developers and they found no issue. Apparently it happens with certain drivers. Have you tried installing the last beta drivers from AMD? From what I've seen on most cases here on the forum, it solves freezes and crashes in Act II. It's still in beta, but I haven't seen it causing any problems, and most players that have installed it reported back saying the issue was fixed. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
