| hey i bought diablo 3 some years ago but quit playing it but now i want to start again but it says i have a starter edition and i cant put my authentication key in. what to do? | ||

| Hmm, I know it might sound like a silly question ljung, but are you sure you're on the right Battle.net account? Did you have any high level characters on the Diablo III account? Where did you purchase the game from? What happens when you try to add the authentication key? | You should probably contact our Account Support team directly about this ljung. I don't see any record of this Battle.net account ever owning Diablo III in any form. They will be able to dig a bit deeper and help you get to the bottom of this.
