| Hello It's been going on since end november. I crash always at the ancient deviece quest and the zone (when the quest isnt there) in the bounties. Also in act 5 there's a zone i always dc. I tried on my laptop aswell, i checked on desktop and laptop if any problem would been caused by unupdatet drivers, updates or hardware, but those things aren't the cause it seems... With a lot of luck i could only do the ancient deviece quest twice out of all other attempts. .. Think i'm at +70 attemps now... No matter if it is hc, non hc, or just seasonal, solo or with friends... Also there's one greater grift were i also dc when i'm in there with mates or alone. Is there any way to fix this or bypass it please? Is it also possible please to come with a permanent solution? To be more specific, there's a pattern in the dc's: i teleport to the zones (or i enter the rift i was talking about), and the loading screen is stuck, diablo 3 aint stuck atm, but i see the loading screen and nothing works, while some teammates see me often move) then after 20 or more seconds, everything turns white and i dc or the screen keeps stuck that it doesnt respond.. Always checked the network, nothing there... Connection wifi was fine... HDD's were running fine, ram was the same story, CPU en GPU fine... Desktop specifications: *GPU = radeon sapphire 1gb DDR5 hd 6700 series *processor = amd phenom II X6 3,20 GHz *motherboard = MSI SLI Krait edition 970A AMD HDD's = 1TB seagate (slave) 120GB Corsair Force OS = windows 10 2nd edition Laptop specifications: hp probook 8670b with intel core i5 processor , windows 8.1 pro | ||

*GPU = radeon sapphire 1gb DDR5 hd 6700 series Have you tried installing the last beta drivers from AMD? They solve a lot of crashes in specific areas of the game. Keep in mind that, being a beta version, they could have issues.
