| I've been experiencing constant crashes for a while now, and I can't seem to find the problem. I've updated my drivers, changed my fans, my pc is not overheating.. what then? It happens mid rift, when I close a rift, when loading.. it's totally random.. PLEASE , does anyone have any idea what might be causing these crashes? I'm so fed up.. | ||

| Hello Deceiver, Try installing the latest beta driver for AMD. As you can see, in the DxDiag report, I already have the latest AMD drivers installed. What I've linked is a beta version of a driver that sometimes can fix this kind of issue, not a full driver that is listed normally. | Okay, this thread is getting a bit chaotic with several different cases, so let's try to organize it a little bit. First of all, if you're experiencing crashes, please make sure you follow all the steps in this article, including advanced: battle.net/support/article/6300064 We don't do this to blame anyone's computer, but to discard the most common causes for this kind of issue. Without this we cannot do any investigation or escalation. If the issue persists after following all the steps, please provide us with the following information: - What exactly is the issue? - In which situations does it happen? Is it random or does it happen in specific situations/areas of the game? - Does it happen when you're playing solo or only in group? - Did you notice any trigger (spells, items, etc)? - Please provide us with a DxDiag report.
