Hi!
Since new patch, I can`t play more than 5-10 minute without a disconnect. I would like to rejoin playing Diablo 3 but this makes me headache, nerves. . . What could be the problem? My network is stable, I tried with Scan and Repair, but still in about 1 hour gaming time I loose my connection about 10-15 times and that`s TERRIBLE! Any idea what could be the problem? Other Blizz games works perfectly, just D3 doesn`t want.

Hello HELLDIRGE,

What it's true that there's an issue ongoing, it doesn't affect every player, and not every single issue with latency and disconnections is caused by that issue. Following the steps in the guide is harmless and can help some players that are affected by different issues.

Please Fazak, if after following the steps you keep having the issue, post the following information so we can look into it:

- Details of issue:
- City/Country:
- Internet Provider:
- Traceroute (right after a disconnection)
- Pathping (right after a disconnection)
- Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection)

Hello Fazak,

For some reason neither your traceroute nor your pathping go further than the second hop. They just stop there, as if the connection couldn't continue. I would recommend checking with your internet provider so they can make sure the nodes are working properly. It could be that they are protected, but it would be odd that all of them are.

- City/Country:
- Internet Provider:
