Xpendable #1928 | Error Connecting (Code 3005 and 3007)(1) | Category: Technical SupportDecember-22-2015 1:18 PM PST (9 years ago) |
Just started happening to me around 3:00 p.m. CST. Can't log into D3 and battle.net app continues to go from online to offline and vice versa. Also noticed several clan members going offline and online often too within the past hour before I started to have issues... Problems with servers? What's going on at the moment? |

Hey guys, Are any of you still having issues now? Also, is it definitely the EU servers you're having problems with? Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------- Please click here to give me your feedback on this post! |

Linking us 4 random hops with one time-out is unfortunately not something we can work with, Fulguletz. A speedtest is unlikely to show any relevant information about connection stability and packet loss. I can understand it's frustrating, but I'd appreciate it if you could post the full traceroute and pathping that I assume you ran? ------------------------------------------------------------- We require additional pylo... surveys! https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Raxigose |

Hey Fulguletz, May I ask you to post both a traceroute and pathping as it is explained in these articles? - Traceroute: battle.net/support/article/7648 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 It's the best option for us to monitor possible connection issues. I'm sorry for the confusion. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |

I'm still amazed by the amount of blue posts responses that there are no issues about 3005 and 3007 errors, but each day 2-3 topics pop up about these errors. Keep in mind that thousands of people play Diablo III. 2-3 topics a day on the same issue doesn't necessarily have to mean that there's a problem on the servers or the game. We have a team of technicians that monitor the infrastructure to make sure everything works fine, and we work with them letting them know when we see reports that look like there might be an issue. However, right now we don't have knowledge of any issue with the servers or the game that causes these errors and disconnections. Checking your tracer and pathping, hops 3 and 4 seem to be either protected or have some kind of issue. Probably they are protected, even though the pathping didn't seem to finish (even if it cannot connect, usually it should indicate that it's complete. I don't know if you edited that part out, though). Apart from that, the rest looks pretty normal, both on your ISP's network and in ours. I would recommend making sure that those 2 nodes that the tracer cannot connect to are working properly. If that's the case, I would recommend running several tests to see if anything looks amiss when you experience the issue. I can understand it's frustrating, but if the tests don't show anything out of the ordinary, we can't really report it to the technical team since they have no ground to start an investigation (and right now everything seems normal on our side). We would need the information in this format: - Details of issue: - Date/time when it began: - City, country and ISP: - Trace Route (run while experiencing issue) - Pathping (run while experiencing issue) - Looking Glass Report (MTR) (run while experiencing issue) Also, if there's any step from this article you haven't tried yet (remember to check the advanced steps as well), please make sure to follow them. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Hello UnholyFall, Make sure you've followed every step on this article, including the advanced: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information: - Details of issue: - City/Country: - Internet Provider: - Traceroute (right after a disconnection) - Pathping (right after a disconnection) - Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection) ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
