I've never seen this type of problem before. I was playing the game fine not but two days ago one the same laptop without issue. I haven't changed anything in my settings, and suddenly.. everything is glowing. I really don't know what to do! This is how it looks: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sss1wxurqzgyozr/Screenshot%202015-04-14%2016.54.33.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/blgcpr77w7gslha/Screenshot%202015-04-14%2016.55.53.png?dl=0 |

Rose, Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rose, I noticed that you have the most recent Nvidia drivers installed. Did this issue start after installing those drivers? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rose, Let's try running a selective startup to see if that helps. Please be aware that running while in this mode can potentially disable any security programs you may have running. Here's a support article with steps on how run the selective startup: Closing Background Applications ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rose, Go into your Documents\Diablo III folder and delete the D3Prefs.txt file. Once that is done, try the game again. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Rose, The type of system that you have will usually work best with the original drivers provided on the Asus website. I've provided links to your drivers, those came directly from Asus. Clicking on the links should start a download, not direct you to their site. MessiahKid, Please start a new thread of your own rather than revive a nearly year-old one. In your post, provide a complete description of the problem you're having along with any steps you've tried already to resolve it. Include your dxdiag info as described below as well. Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it) Also post your D3Prefs.txt file which is located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time, Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |
