Ok so every time I login now I get latency of 1500 or thereabouts and then promptly get disconnected.... I had perfect ping and have been playing with no issues for months, this just started last night.... I ran patping and am seeing serious packet loss, can someone help interpret this for me - If I am to report this to my ISP I would like to know what to tell them, who to speak to etc. Also, any reason this would suddenly start happening? Or could the reason by on Blizzards end? Hey Achilles! Thanks for those connection diagnostics. I spotted a few obvious concerns right away: 1 4ms 0/ 100 = 0% 0/ 100 = 0% 192.168.0.1 26/ 100 = 26% | This is both too high ms for a local connection, and has 26% packet loss already. This can be a broken cable, interference on your wifi, a bad or badly configured router, etc. Please look into your local network and make sure everything is running smoothly. 2 14ms 26/ 100 = 26% 0/ 100 = 0% 109.255.92.1 3/ 100 = 3% | 3 11ms 38/ 100 = 38% 9/ 100 = 9% 109.255.253.254 0/ 100 = 0% | 4 11ms 31/ 100 = 31% 2/ 100 = 2% ie-dub01a-ra3-ae31-0.aorta.net [84.116.238.38] 0/ 100 = 0% | 5 16ms 34/ 100 = 34% 5/ 100 = 5% dbln-t2core-a-ae-0-0.aorta.net [213.46.165.2] 0/ 100 = 0% | 6 35ms 29/ 100 = 29% 0/ 100 = 0% ldn-bb2-link.telia.net [213.155.136.120] Unfortunately the rest isn't much better. It is possible this is due to the original hop already being as bad as I covered above, but it's very concerning nonetheless. If this remains once you bring your local network to <1ms and no packet loss then I'd strongly recommend speaking to your Internet Provider and show them these diagnostics. Best of luck! ------------------------------------------------------------- We require additional pylo... surveys! https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Raxigose |
