So, i can't really play diablo 3, reason being that everytime i try, i usually get a network disconnect between 8 seconds to 30 minutes of playing.

I do not know the ISP i have because i'm using univerity network (which had no problems prior)

There's a strange blockage on the the first attempt here Gerbilios. I'm not sure if it's just a weird anomaly or you actually caught a network blip in progress. Either way, you may want to have a chat with your network administrator to see if there are any known issues.

When did this start happening?

Yeah, I'd definitely recommend contacting your network administrator and reporting it to them. It may be something local to your setup, but until you've ruled out the network, there's little point troubleshooting further.
