| Just logged onto the game as usual but suddenly all my heroes was gone. Am I the only experiencing this? or is it something that happens to others. First thing I am prompted with was actually to create a new hero. I had a mixture of non-seasonal NM and HC heroes. | ||

| Hey folks, I suspect KEB may have logged onto another region by accident, and resolved it by logging into the correct one. It's always good to double-check you've logged into the main play region for your account if this comes up :).
