| 50% for 5 seconds after using a generator. 50% for 5 seconds after using a spender. They stack multiplicatively to 125% damage... but now require wasting 1/6th of your build to "attack the air" every 5 seconds to maintain a buff. Plus is destroys the fluidity of any channeling-centric builds across multiple classes (TR-Flurry for monks, where we actually WANT to channel for much longer than 5 seconds). Propose: X% DAMAGE for 5 seconds after using a generator stacking up to 3. Y% IAS for 5 seconds after using a spender stacking up to 3. Say X = Y = 25% to start.
