Ghobe #1958 | Play the game and Watch Netflix?(1) | Category: Technical SupportMarch-6-2015 8:23 PM PST (10 years ago) |
It doesn't have to be Netflix, pretty much any streaming service. When I try to do these things, it's pretty much a guarantee that I wish be disconnected during/after a loading screen. Now I can play every single other game I regularly play with these things going. So I'm pretty much sure the problem is with diablo 3. If I don't stream anything, the game works fine as far as I can tell. Is there a setting somewhere in the game or on firefox/silverlight...something that I can change? EDIT: Just to clarify. This is on the same computer(dual monitor). |

Mr3pwood, 1. Do you play in windowed, full screen, or full screen windowed mode? 2. Bring up the game menu and click on "options". Once there, see if the "max foreground FPS" and "max background FPS" boxes are selected in the "video" section. If they are, uncheck them, apply the changes, and test out the game again. 3. If the issue persists, please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
