| Hi there, I recently upgraded my computer and installed Windows 10. After starting to install my games again, i came across a peculiar error whlie trying to install Diablo 3. While the other Blizzard games such as Heroes of the Storm or Heartstone installed without a hitch, Diablo constantly gives me the error code "BLZBNTAGT00000BCA" with the message "Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.". I tried everything and i mean everything from disabling my anti-virus software(ESET) to adding firewall exeptions to everywhere i can add them. I've tried uninstalling Battle.net files and cache files, running as administrator, changing install locations, uptading chipset, network and windows 10 drivers, fiddling with Microsoft services(troubleshooting posts suggested that i shoud enable secondary logon service), i've tried a clean boot with only the windows 10 services enabled, i even updated my BIOS and reformatted the entire computer to cover all bases :) Here's my specs: Intel i5 4690K 3.5Ghz(overclocked to 4.6) Asus Z97-AR Motherboard 16 GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Ram Asus GTX 980 Ti Strix - Windows 10 OS And now i'm stuck. Plus for some reason the Blizzard Customer Support refuses to give me solutions besides the predetermined ones from the troubleshooting pages. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. | ||

| Hey Delacroix, I've just been reading over your ticket history and it really does seem you've tried everything. I may have missed it but have you tried creating a new user on your PC and attempting the install again? Also is there any possibility you can install on another computer/laptop, transfer the installation folder to an external HDD and then to your PC? It would have been nice to determine the actual cause of the problem but this will have to do for now.
