Was playing bounties ACT II, and suddenly the game crash/freeze.

Hey,
Try disabling the Game DVR in Windows 10:

  • Search for "Xbox" and open the Xbox app (You will need to log into your Microsoft Account).
  • Once open, click on the settings option on the left (Cog Wheel).
  • Click the slider for the game DVR to turn if off.

You might also want to disable the streaming feature in the Battle.net app.

Are you on an AMD graphics card? If so please also see here. You might also open your Gaming Evolved app. Ensure Broadcast > Twitch Beta is set to off.
