| I hit play, the splash image come up and the game starts to launch, but then automatically minimizes. When I click on the game window, it maxes to a black screen, then minimizes again. Can't actually play it. I can play the game just fine on the Americas server though. I found a 3 year old topic on this that suggests ending Agent in the task manager. That did not work for me. Anyone else have this problem and find a fix for it? | ||

| Imroth, 1. When you have the PTR selected in the drop down menu located above the "play" button, what version number do you see to the right of the "play" button? 2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer.
