I just bought Diablo 3, and I can't even install it to play. This is the first PC game that I've even purchased in the last several years. Anyway, I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, with DirectX 11, Pentium quad core 2.7 GHz processor, 4 Gb RAM, an ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card, and Windows and all of my drivers are up to date. The Battle.net installer keeps telling me that it can't create a graphics context, and that my system may not support it. The only options it gives me are to restart or exit Battle.net. This is getting very frustrating. Can anyone please help? |

Samael, 1. I don't believe I've seen that particular "graphics context" message before. Can you upload a screenshot to an image sharing site and then provide me with the link? 2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
